Policies and Guidelines

1. Items must be able to be shipped via UPS or FedEx ground to be eligible for our free shipping special. (A). All oversized shipments (110-130 cubic inches) will be assessed a $20.00 oversized charge. All oversized2 shipments (131-150 cubic inches) will be assessed a $30.00 oversized charge. All oversized3 shipments (150-up cubic inches) will be assessed truck freight charges listed below. You may not receive notification of these charges, but we do try to contact every customer if your shipment is one of the above oversized shipments. (B). Items which are not able to be shipped UPS or FedEx must be shipped via common carrier, and will be assessed a freight charge of $99.95(Commercial Address) - $125.00(Residential Address). The customer is responsible for any charges that may occur due to a product not being able to be delivered.
2. If your item is not in stock in one of our warehouses (something that rarely happens), it will be special ordered direct from the manufacturer. In this event, a $10.00 out of stock fee will be added to your order.
3. There is a $12.95 Handling Fee on all orders unless otherwise stated.
4. As always, Buccaneer Truck Stuff will beat ANY competitors price. If you find the same part listed cheaper on another site call us at 1-800-388-8637 and we'll beat it!
5. Items that have to be painted are not included in this offer.
6. Custom wheels are not included in the free shipping program.
7. APO & FPO Boxes are not included in the Free Shipping program. We will charge the actual quote price that is given to us by the Postal Service. After receiving the quote it will be charged to the customers credit card.
8. Free Ground Shipping only applies to the lower 48 states.

Ordering Online or by Phone:

When placing your order with Buccaneer Truck Stuff, please ensure that you provide complete and specific information regarding your vehicle application. This helps us ensure that the correct parts corresponding to the details of your vehicle are sent to you. Our sales staff relies on correct and complete informaiton about your vehicle to get the right part to you. Buccaneer Truck Stuff is not responsible for malfunction or non-fitment of parts if complete vehicle information is not provided at the time of order. If an incorrect/unusable part is sent due to incomplete/incorrect vehicle information, the customer shall be responsible for shipping charges to return the part. If, after providing complete and correct vehicle information, the incorrect part is sent, Buccaneer Truck Stuff will gladly pick the part up at no expense to you.

WARNING: Buccaneer Truck Stuff uses a sophisticated software network to prevent credit card fraud. Additionally, we use a nationwide check verification system to reject fraudulent checks. DO NOT attempt to use a fraudulent credit card or check. Doing so will result in prosecution to the full extent of the law.

By Mailing a Check or Postal Money Order In:

(Only money orders from the post office will be accepted) If you don't feel comfortable using your credit card or paying by check online, then you can mail in the payment for your order. If you mail in a postal money order, then your order will ship out as soon as we receive your payment. If you mail in a personal check, then you will have to wait for the check to clear before shipping out your order.

When mailing in a personal check, please be sure to include two valid phone numbers and your drivers license number. The address on the check can not be a P.O. Box.

Tracking Numbers, Order Status and Product Availability:

ORDER STATUS/CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS ARE 10:00AM-5:00PM MON.-FRI.

In most cases, products ordered from Buccaneer Truck Stuff (nakedtruck.com) will ship within 24-48 hours of placement (EXCLUDING weekends and holidays). On occasion, parts will need to be custom made/factory special ordered. We are NOT able to give estimates on parts that have to be special ordered from the manufacturer, OR on parts that are listed as "out of stock" or backordered. We will attempt to get your order to you in the fastest possible way, by using our warehouse network, including locations on both the east and west coasts, as well as several central US locations. Please keep in mind that Buccaneer Truck Stuff utilizes a network of distribution warehouses to ensure that you have your parts as quickly as possible. Due to this fact, tracking numbers may not be available for every order, since the part was not shipped directly by Buccaneer Truck Stuff. Please allow 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends and holidays) before requesting a tracking number for your order.

In order to ensure the protection and security of your personal information, we utilize secure line technology at Buccaneer Truck Stuff. Our site has built-in security measures to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your information. Your credit card information is protected using (SSL) encryption technology, and is SET compliant. To insure that no one other than our company receives your information, all you private information is encrypted.

Prices/Parts Subject To Change:

While we continually make every effort to reflect current price and inventory status, occasionally prices will differ from those listed on the site. Buccaneer Truck Stuff reserves the right to change prices at any time, and to inform the customer of the price change before charging your credit card or proceeding with the order. If the price of a part on your order has changed, we will inform you via phone or email and request authorization for the new price to be charged. At this time, you will also have the option of canceling the part from your order or switching to a different part.

Buccaneer Truck Stuff is not responsible for part numbers/descriptions that are changed or superceded by the manufacturer. We attempt to keep our part numbers up to date, but occasionally a part will be changed/superceded/discontinued without our knowledge. Our part descriptions are taken directly from the manufacturer's catalogs and websites. We are only able to provide the description that the manufacturer has supplied us with, and we cannot be held responsible for discrepancies in these descriptions.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an order placed during business hours, we must receive an email to service@nakedtruck.com requesting cancellation within THIRTY MINUTES of your order being placed. Any cancellation requests received after this time will be examined on a case-by-case basis. We offer no guarantee that your order will be able to be cancelled after this time period. If your order is placed outside business hours, your email MUST be received by 9AM EST. on the following business day. Again, cancellation requests submitted outside this time period are NOT guaranteed, and are examined case-by-case.

Orders that are cancelled will have a $10.00 cancellation charge.

The $12.95 handling charge on all orders is nonrefundable.

Orders CANNOT be cancelled via phone call alone. If you call requesting cancellation, you MUST also email to confirm that your order is cancelled! If an email is not made to cancel your order, Buccaneer Truck Stuff will NOT be responsible for lack of cancellation!!!
