Returns & Exchanges

If your item was purchased online, you can either bring it to a BUCANEER TRUCK STUFF, INC location or return it by mail to our main office.


You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria in our Return Policy (See Guidelines below). This policy applies only to purchases made directly from NAKEDTRUCK.com and may vary slightly from BUCANEER TRUCK STUFF, INC store return policies.


Store
Avoid shipping charges and receive a refund more quickly by returning online orders to BUCANEER TRUCK STUFF, INC. Your packing list/receipt and ID are required. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees. Returns of gift with purchase items, quantity discounts and bundle purchases have specific guidelines for what your return price will be.


Mail
We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days. Refunds usually post to the credit card within 72 hours. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.


Follow these directions to return by mail:
1. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
2. Include the original mailing label with your product and indicate the reason for the return. We recommend you return items via UPS ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
3. We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the product was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend that you return the item to a BUCANEER TRUCK STUFF, INC Center store. If you prefer to mail it, you must call 1-888-414-2345 for special instructions.
4. If the product was not damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, you are responsible for all shipping charges.
5. Please do not return items COD. Any charges incurred by BUCANEER TRUCK STUFF, INC Center for COD shipments will be subtracted from the amount of the returned item. You will be returned the difference. If the COD cost exceeds the value of the returned product, the credit card used for the original purchase will be charged for the remaining balance.
6. Returns of gift with purchase items, quantity discounts and bundle purchases have specific guidelines for determining your return price.

Guidelines
You may return merchandise to a BUCANEER TRUCK STUFF, INC Center store within the U.S. or by mail to our main office. All returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below. We do not offer merchandise exchanges. Learn more about how to return an online purchase.


30-Day Return Period
Thirty days from the date merchandise was received.


Exceptions
The following items are not returnable:
• Items that are abused
• Items that are used
• BUCANEER TRUCK STUFF, INC Center Digital Gift Cards
• Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or defective, please see details below.


Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).


Damaged or Defective Items
If you return a damaged or defective item by mail or to a BUCANEER TRUCK STUFF, INC Center store, you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item in the store or online.
